RwandAir cancels China flights

RwandAir announced today that it is canceling all flights to and from China over the coronavirus.

RwandAir is canceling all of its flights to Guangzhou until “further notice” after the World Health Organization (WHO) declared on Thursday the international emergency due to the rapid increase in patients affected by the coronavirus.

The outbreak of the new coronavirus in Wuhan has led most of the world’s airlines to cancel flights to the country. With more than 100 deaths and more than 7,000 confirmed cases, companies are taking precautions.
Airlines around the world are offering reimbursement or date change options to their travelers.
Airlines are not the only ones that have taken extreme precautions. Some countries are considering limiting the travelers from Hubei, the epicenter of the coronavirus. As is the case in the Philippines or the United States.
